This is equal to 0.59% and of the previous year’s instructional salaries for teachers, consultants, coordinators, vice-principals and principals. Allocation of the Professional Development Fund is currently as follows:

B. 75% RCSTA Teacher Committee divided as follows:
1. Pre-K – 12 teachers 57 %
*at least 7% of these funds will be designated to teacher wellness (including all three teacher groups).
2. School-based administrators (Principal/VP) 16 %
3. Coordinators and consultants 2 %
