Bi-Level Bargaining or LINC
LINC stands for the "Local Implementation Negotiation Committee." In Saskatchewan, we have bi-level bargaining. As such, we have both local and provincial agreements. RCSTA members are affected by what is found in both contracts; we encourage RCSTA members to be familiar with both agreements.
Our current LINC agreement can be found here. It was ratified in June 2022, and is in place until June 2024
